Bernbach famously carried a note around in his pocket, reminding him "They might be right." We should probably look into getting one of those. My first priority, however, will be to apologize to our friend Dawn for once again casting her as a humourless foil.

With the "insightful, empathetic account person" role already filled by Lori, an accurate representation of Dawn wouldn't really serve the needs of the comic. It's just one of those things, like how we use Jamie's wife Klara to comment on the industry from an outsider's point of view or the way I keep getting stuck with the best lines and most character development.

"With a belt." Cue the laugh track and high fives!
