Working Hard Or Hardly Working?

Ironically, I'm too exhausted from another weekend spent working outside the office to say much on the subject. Suffice it to say that:

1) Yes, it counts as real work.
2) No, I don't blame anyone for thinking otherwise.

As we've previously established, optics are everything and it's hard to look busy when you think for a living. When you walk by the creative department and you see someone with her feet up on her desk, staring blankly into space, that's someone working her ass off. Or not. Even I can't tell.
