Apologies to members of the mailing list: I switched ISPs Friday and when the old one told me they'd continue to charge me through August fourth, I kind of assumed I'd continue to receive the service I was paying for. Imagine my surprise to find that my e-mail accounts had been immediately closed. This would seem like a perfect time to play the your Senior Vice-President of Brand Strategy is my Facebook friend card, but that can only lead to an extremely awkward conversation as to why I cancelled his service.
I'll have this worked out for next week, but now is probably not the best time to send fan mail. ;-)
